LUCEO NO URO : The MacKenzie motto meaning "I shine but not burn".
AVANCEZ : The Hill motto meaning "Advance".

This coin is hallmarked by the Birmingham Assay Office. The hallmark consist of :

The coins are made in batches of 100 coins:
The first 100 coins from september 2005 are without a hallmark.
Then 300 coins were made with a hallmark consisting of 4 marks. Mintage nr. 3 is from october 2007.
After these 400 coins the Assay Office trebled the cost of hallmarking because of the Britannia mark, so the next 100 coins, mintage nr. 5, were made with 3 marks in januari 2009.
